Reed’s Building Services offer a complete home extension and refurbishment service to our customer which often included the need for steel.
If you are removing internal or external load-bearing walls in a home that is made from bricks and concrete block, or you need to support floor joist, flat roof joists, then you will need to gain approval from building regulations before you can begin work that can then be officially signed off.
The team at Reed’s will be able to discuss your requirements with you prior to any work being carried out, once permission is granted, we can measure, involve architectural designer where necessary, install and build exactly what you need to realise the project goal.
Roofing
The team at Reed’s Building Services have years of experience when it comes to roofing.
Whether you have a flat or pitched roof, tiles & batons or slates & batons, you can be happy in the knowledge that we have the ability to replace or erect any roofing requirements you may have. From lead roofing and flashing, through to felt roofs and other finishes including EDPM rubber.
David and his team are also ultra flex fibre glass roofing specialists. We have an abundance of photos to show the process involved in replacing or building new roofs.
As with any new builds or extensions, don’t forget to enquire about planning permission before and gain it if necessary.
